The terms on which you may use this website, and our statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Last updated 27 September 2026.
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website you agree to these terms of use and to our privacy policy.
This website is controlled and operated by Hex Digital Ltd ("Hex", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 06519793. Our registered office is First Floor, 12 Greenhill Rents, London EC1M 6BN. You can contact us at hello@hexdigital.com with any question, comment or complaint about this website.
We keep these terms under review and will publish any update on this page. A change takes effect when it is published, and your continued use of the website after that is your agreement to it.
How we collect and use personal information through this website is set out in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use are listed in our cookie policy.
The website includes an advisor, an automated assistant that answers questions about Hex from a set of facts we publish. Its answers are generated by an AI model and are provided for general information only. They are not advice, a quotation or an offer, and nothing the advisor says forms part of any contract between you and us. Any figure it gives is a published starting point before scoping, not a price. The advisor can be wrong, and you should not rely on it for a decision without speaking to us. You must not use the advisor to attempt to obtain information it is not designed to give, to interfere with its operation or to submit content that is unlawful.
We own or license all intellectual property rights in this website and the material on it, including its text, trade marks, data, graphics, layout, logos, images, audio, video and software.
We grant you a limited, temporary, revocable and non-exclusive licence to access, browse and use this website for your personal and non-commercial use. You may print one copy of any page for your own reference.
Except as that licence allows or the law requires, no part of this website may be reproduced, copied, sold, modified or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent. In particular, you may not republish any part of it on another website, in any other medium or as part of a commercial service without our written permission. All the intellectual property rights referred to above remain with us or our licensors.
While using this website you must:
You may link to any page of this website provided you do so in a way that is fair and lawful, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest any association with, or approval or endorsement by, Hex where none exists.
We may at any time, without notice and for any reason, terminate or suspend your access to the website in whole or in part, withdraw your permission to link to it, or remove or edit content on it. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from our doing so.
This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for them or their content and do not endorse them. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk.
All information on this website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied are excluded, and we make no representation or warranty of any kind about the website or its content, including as to quality, accuracy, adequacy, conformity to description or fitness for any purpose.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available, that it or the server making it available will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that your use of it will be uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this website, including anything the advisor says; for any loss, damage or cost arising from viruses or other harmful components received through this website; or for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, contracts, use or data, or any indirect, consequential or purely economic loss, in connection with this website.
If any part of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply. A failure or delay on our part in enforcing any of these terms is not a waiver of it.
These terms and your use of the website are governed by English law, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This statement is made under section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and published by Hex Digital Ltd.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality of service while conducting our business ethically. We will not tolerate any abuse of human rights within our business or our supply chains, and we are committed to refining our processes and procedures to keep our supply chain free of abuse.
Hex is a studio based in London that works with freelancers and companies in the United Kingdom and Europe. As a predominantly office-based agency, we consider the risk of modern slavery, servitude or human trafficking in our supply chain to be low. The services we procure are limited to areas such as professional services, talent, premises, catering, information management and production. We expect every supplier to operate a fair and ethical workplace and to provide its services in accordance with all applicable laws.
Our approach is set out in our anti-bribery and corruption policy, our anti-slavery policy and our whistleblowing policy. Our supplier code of conduct sets out the standard we expect of suppliers, including their social and ethical responsibilities, compliance with the law and the steps they take to identify human rights issues, including modern slavery. New suppliers are asked about forced labour, slavery, human trafficking and human rights as part of onboarding.
If we become aware of modern slavery or human trafficking anywhere in our supply chain, we will act to resolve it through legitimate and proportionate means. Any concern should be reported to hello@hexdigital.com.
